摘要
"工匠精神"是对产品"精雕细琢、精益求精"的一种职业态度,也是新时期高职教育人才培养目标的重要内容。思政教育工作要具有针对性、说服力,要能够贴近高职学生思想实际,既要突出职业技能教育,又要坚守职业精神,借助于对"工匠精神"内涵的挖掘,从高职院校思政教育实践中融入"工匠精神",并以此为导向,以匠心授匠技,育匠人。
The Craftsmanship Spirit is a professional attitude to＂make a perfect product more perfect or refine a product with great care＂,and is also an important content of the training goal of higher vocational education in the new period. The ideological and political education should be pertinent and persuasive. We should be close to the ideological practice of higher vocational students. We should not only highlight the vocational skills education,but also stick to the professional spirit,excavate the connotation of the＂Craftsmanship Spirit＂,and integrate it from the practice of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and take this as the guidance to teach a craftsman with ingenuity.
