摘要 本文主要采用文献资料法和教学实验法,探讨在普通高校公体课教学中实施"分层合作—研究性"教学模式的科学性、实效性,为推进高校体育课教学改革和促进大学生自我学习、自我锻炼提供实践依据。结果表明:新型教学模式的实施对大学生身心素质的提高和运动技术的掌握有显著作用。实施过程中与传统教学模式、与学生个别指导相结合;教师教学观念转变与尊重学生个性发展相结合;多元化教学评价方式相结合是有效的实施策略。 This paper mainly adopts the method of literature and teaching experiment to explore the scientificity and effectiveness of the teaching mode of"Stratified Cooperation—Inquiry"in the teaching of public class in ordinary colleges and universities,and provides the practical basis for promoting the reform of physical education teaching and promoting self-study and self-exercise of college students. The results show that the implementation of the new teaching mode has a significant effect on improving the physical and mental qualities of college students and the mastery of sports skills. In the process of implementation,it is combined with the traditional teaching mode and the individual guidance of the students; the transformation of teachers' teaching ideas is combined with respect for the development of students' personality; the combination of diversified teaching evaluation methods is an effective implementation strategy.
