在使用现代远程教育方式的进程中,如何利用该教育形式实现实践教育成果属于比较明显的应用难点。法学教育本身便具有一定的开展难度,如若在其基础上使用现代远程教育方式,就必然要对应用模式和实践教育方式进行深入研究。针对此,本文以分析当前法学专业开展教学的弊端开始,逐渐对法学专业现代远程教育的设计思路和设计方案进行了深入研究。最后又对开办现代远程教育的保障方式进行了简单叙述,望文中内容可以为当代法学专业的教育教学管理人员提供一些真实可用的教育践行思路。

In the process of using modern distance education methods,how to use this form of education to achieve practical educational achievements is an obvious application difficulty. Legal education itself has a certain degree of difficulty in its implementation. If modern distance education is used on its basis,it will inevitably require in-depth research on application modes and practical education methods. Finally,a brief description of the way to establish a modern distance education has been given. It is hoped that the content of the article can provide some practical education practice ideas for contemporary education professionals in education and teaching.
