摘要
介绍了存储式微电阻率成像测井仪工作原理,并提出了存储式微电阻率成像测井信号处理和机械设计新方案。机械结构设计是该仪器核心技术之一,仪器采用极板自承压技术保证了极板承压指标,双层极板错位设计提高了测量覆盖率,板簧设计解决了小型化仪器的推靠技术。微伏级信号调理是存储式微电阻率成像测井仪的另一核心技术,信号经过IV转换、常规信号处理、矢量归一化和FFT处理后,最终获得有效的地层信息。样机室内测试证明,仪器机械结构设计合理,推靠系统在模拟井下环境中工作正常,信号调理方法可以解决微弱信号处理难题。
The working principle of the memorized imaging logging tool is introduced. A new method for data processing of memorized ima- ging logging signals and mechanical design are presented. The mechanical structure design is one of the main technologies for the tool, the self-bearing technology for the electrode plate ensures the plate pressure demand, the double electrode displacement design improves the measurement coverage, the leaf spring design solves the pushing technology for the miniaturized tool. Another main technology for memo- rized imaging logging tool is microvolt signal conditioning. The signals get effective formation information through IV conversion, convention- al signal processing, vector normalization and FFT. The prototype testing shows that the mechanical structure design is reasonable, the pushing system of the instrument works well in the simulated underground environment, and the signal conditioning method can solve the problem of weak signal processing.
