摘要 大庆油田大规模应用注入剖面五参数测井仪,高度仅为5 m的免吊装防喷装置对测井仪长度提出了新要求。通过紧凑的机械结构设计、电路的高度集成及大量的软编程设计,新研制的注入剖面短组合测井仪连电缆头只有2. 08 m长,在长度上相比传统的注入剖面五参数测井仪(4. 06 m)大大缩短。同时,组合测井仪上的超声流量计的测量分辨率达到0. 1 m3/d,极大改善了测井仪性能指标。室内标定和现场试验表明,新测井仪具有很好的重复性和一致性。 The five-parameter combination injection profile logging tool is widely used in Daqing oilfield. So the self-hoisting BOP with its height of only 5 meters brings new requirements for the short length of the logging tool. Through compacting the mechanical design, high degree of circuit integration and a large number of soft programming designs, the new injection profile short combination logging tool is developed with the only 2.08 meters length of the cable head, which is significantly shorter than the traditional one (4.06 meters). At the same time, the resolution of the ultrasonic flowmeter in the combination logging tool is increased to 0.1m 3 /d, which greatly improves the performance index of the tool. The new logging tool has good repeatability and consistency in indoor calibrations and field tests.
