摘要
为了掌握国际上油气管道焊接技术和质量,更好的保障油气管道的安全,调查研究了国际上大量科技文献。调查研究表明,管线钢焊接中的关键问题和挑战是腐蚀、氢脆、残余应力、焊缝返修和退化热影响区,对焊接结构的性能有不利影响。管道焊接的母材和未来的研究趋势包括四个方面:添加或者优化焊缝中的合金元素;开发焊接方法和工艺;开发焊接材料;开发试验和评价方法。
In order to master the welding technology and quality of oil and gas pipeline, and ensure the safety of pipeline, a large number of scientific and technological literatures have been investigated and studied in the world. The critical issues and challenges in welding of pipeline are corrosion, hydrogen embrittlement, residual stresses, weld repairing and deteriorated heat affected zone which adversely affect the performance of a welded structure. The development trends in the field of pipeline welding are divided into four categories, alloying-addition and optimization of alloying elements in weld, development in welding processes and procedures, development of welding consumables, and advances in testing and assessment methods.
