甘肃省健康扶贫大数据平台的主要设计思路是,整合健康扶贫数据资源,围绕政府健康扶贫政策、医疗机构医务人员及医疗器械的储备以及贫困人员的自身条件,挖掘数据潜在的价值,针对具体的分析目标,构建多元化的大数据挖掘分析模型,对贫困人员进行靶向帮扶。综合评价模型利用降维的思想建立主成分分析模型,对甘肃省各地市的健康扶贫效果进行综合评价,找出对健康扶贫效果贡献较大的措施,并对13个地市健康扶贫的执行力度做综合聚类分析,为政府制定有效脱贫政策提供决策支持。甘肃省健康扶贫大数据平台为"一户一策"精准帮扶、精准脱贫和细化工作实施提供了有力的数据支持,并形成了精准定位与压力评估协同管理的甘肃健康扶贫新模式。

The main design idea of anti-heahh-related-poverty project based on big data in Gansu Province is to adjust the data resources from the structure and composition. We will lbcus on the government＇s policy of helping the poor with heahh, the reserves of medical personnel and equipment in medical institutions, and the conditions of poor households to construct a diversified data mining analysis model through digging the potential value of data, targeting speeific analytical objectives. And to carry out targeted help lot the poor households. The comprehensive evaluation model is to use the idea of reducing dimension to establish the principal component analysis model to comprehensively evaluate the health poverty alleviation effect of cities in Gansu Province and lind out the measures that contribute more to the health poverty alleviation effect. The comprehensive cluster analysis of the implementation of the 13 local was conducted for providing policy support to the government in formulating effectire poverty eradieation policies. Gansu Province health poverty alleviation data platform provides strong data support lot the implementation of the work, and lorms a new model of Gansu health poverty alleviation that is jointly managed by ＂precise positioning＂ and ＂stress assessment＂.
