基于因子分析的湖北省医院管理人员诉求调查

Investigation of Hospital Managers' Appeal in Hubei Province Based on Factor Analysis

目的:调查医院管理人员的利益诉求,为促进卫生改革目标的实现提供依据。方法:通过问卷调查了解医院管理人员利益诉求,采用因子分析和配对t检验对医院管理人员的利益诉求进行分析。结果:医院管理人员利益诉求归纳为7个因子,按照其关注程度依次为医院内部管理、医院战略管理、良好的运行效率、医院的协同管理、职业发展空间、合理的薪酬及良好的工作环境、良好的人际关系,其均值分别为4.58、4.42、4.37、4.21、4.19、4.02、4.00。结论:在提供医疗服务的过程中应关注医院管理人员的利益诉求,提高管理人员的管理水平,拓宽管理人员职业发展空间及提高管理人员的满意度。

Objective： To investigate theinterests appeal of hospital administrators and provide basis for promoting the realization of the goal of health reform. Methods： Factor analysis and paired t-test were used to analyze survey was conducted to understand the interests of hospital managers in the interests of hospital managers. Results： The appeals of hospital administrators were summed up into 7 factors. According to their degree of interest, they were hospital internal management, hospital strategic management, good operational efficiency, collaborative management of hospitals, prolessional development space, reasonable compensation, and good The working environment and good interpersonal relationships were 4.58, 4.42, 4.37, 4.21, 4.19, 4.02 and 4.00, respectively. Conclusion： In the process of providing medical services, it is necessary to pay attention to the interests of hospital managers. The intervention strategies based on the interests of hospital administrators are mainly reflected in the improvement of managerial staff management level, the broadening of managerial career development space and the improvement of managerial staff satisfaction.
