Cognition,Attitude and Willingness of University Students Towards Organ Donation in Tianjin City

目的:了解天津市大学生器官捐献认知、态度及意愿,为顺利开展器官捐献宣传工作提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样法,对天津市6所大学共计431名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:431名大学生器官捐献知晓率为99.08%,40.84%的大学生从未了解捐献程序。39.91%的大学生愿意死后捐献器官,65.50%的大学生认为阻碍死后捐献器官的首要原因是法律法规不健全。从未了解脑死亡和十分了解脑死亡的大学生器官捐献认知得分分别是6.29±1.41、9.74±2.30,态度得分分别是10.00±1.94、12.43±1.88。结论:大学生器官捐献认知、态度及意愿有待提高,医学生优于非医学生;大学应加强捐献流程和脑死亡死亡判断标准化的宣传,社会应完善相关法律法规,以知、信、行模式为指导,发展器官捐献事业。

Objective： To investigate the cognition,attitude and willingness of university students in Tianjin City towards organ donation and provide advice for organ donation publicity. Methods： A total of 431 university students in 6 universities in Tianjin were investigated by convenient sampling. Results： The awareness rate of university students towards organ donation was 99.08%. 40.84% of them had never heard of donation procedure. 39.91% of them were willing to donate organs after death. 65.50% of them thought that the main reason to prevent organ donation after death is the lack of laws and regulations. The cognition scores of organ donation of mfiversity students who had never known brain death and who knew brain death very well were 6.29± 1.41 and 9.74±2.30 respectively. Attitude scores were 10.00±1.94 and 12.43±1.88 respectively. Conclusion： The cognition, attitude and willingness of university students towards organ donation need to be improved, and medical students are superior to non-medical students. Universities should strengthen the propaganda of donation procedure and ＂brain death＂, society should improve the laws and regulations to promote the development of organ donation under the guidance of cognition-attitude-behavior mode.
