摘要
目的:调查河南省某高校医学生学习倦怠状况,探讨学业拖延在学习倦怠和时间管理倾向之间的中介作用。方法:采用大学生学习倦怠问卷、青少年时间管理倾向量表和大学生学业拖延问卷对河南省某高校345名医学生进行调查。结果:医学生学习倦怠得分为(2.81±0.56),男生情绪低落和行为不当维度得分显著高于女生(P<0.05),不喜欢本专业的学生情绪低落及成就感低维度得分高于喜欢的学生(P<0.05);时间管理倾向不仅对学习倦怠产生直接影响,也能通过学业拖延间接作用于学习倦怠,中介效应占总效应的48.9%。结论:医学生学习倦怠处于中等水平,通过增强其时间管理能力减少拖延行为,有助于改善学习倦怠状况。
Objective: To investigate the academic burnout of medical students in a medical school in Henan province and to explore the re- lationship between academic burnout, procrastination and time management disposition. Methods: A total of 345 valid questionnaires were obtained from the survey of medical students in a certain college by using academic burnout, procrastination and time management disposition scale. Results: The student's academic burnout score was (2.81±0.56) , The scores of male's depression and misbehavior dimensions were significantly higher than the female student's (P〈0.05), and the students who did not like their majors had higher scores in the depression and low-achievement dimensions than those who like their majors (P〈0.05). Time management disposition can directly affect academic burnout, and indirectly affecr academic burnout through academic procrastination, the mediating effect of academic delays accounts for 48.9% of the total effect. Conclusion: Medical students' academic burnout is at a medium level, and it can help to reduce academic burnout through enhancing medical students' time management skills and reducing academic procrastination.
