Status and Influencing Factors of Dignity in Patients with Lung Cancer in a Hospital in Qingdao City

目的:调查肺癌患者的尊严感现状及影响因素,为护理干预提供理论依据。方法:采用中文版患者尊严量表对136例原发性肺癌患者的尊严感现状进行调查。结果:肺癌患者尊严总分为(55.42±10.75)分。存在明显尊严受损90例,占66.18%。不同学历和经济来源的肺癌患者的尊严得分不同,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同学历的肺癌患者尊严的症状困扰维度、生存状况维度、社会支持维度不同,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且学历越低得分越高。不同经济来源的肺癌患者尊严的心理状况维度、生存状况维度不同,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且经济来源为家属支持的肺癌患者得分高。结论:肺癌患者存在明显尊严受损,学历、经济来源是影响肺癌患者尊严感的因素。护理人员应重视尊严维护护理、尊严疗法等干预手段,不断提升肺癌患者的尊严感。

Objective：To investigate the status of dignity in patients with lung cancer and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing interventions. Methods： The Chinese version of patient dignity inventory was used to investigate the sense of dignity of the 136 diagnosed primary lung cancer patient. Results： The total score of the dignity of the lung cancer patients was （55.42±10.75）. There were 90 cases of obvious damage of the dignity accounting for 66.18%. The difference of dignity scores of lung cancer patients with different educational backgrounds and different economic so,trees were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were statistically signilicant differences in the dimensions of symptom distress, survival dimension and social support among the lung cancer patients with different academic backgrounds （P〈0.05）, and the higher the academic backgrounds, the higher the score was. The difference of the dimensions of psychological status and survival dimension between lung cancer patients with different economic origins were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. And lung cancer patients whose family members provided financial resources scored high. Conclusion： There is an obvious damage to the dignity of the patients with lung cancer. Educational backgrounds and economic origin are the inffuencing factors which affect the dignity of the patients with lung cancer. Nurses should pay attention to the dignity maintenance nursing, dignity therapy and other nursing interventions, so as to improve the dignity of the patients with lung cancer.
