摘要
目的:调查三甲医院ICU护士的反刍思维和离职意愿现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:采用方便抽样,于2017年2-7月对陕西省西安市4家三甲医院ICU护士进行Nolen-Hoeksema反刍思维量表和离职意愿量表调查。结果:研究对象反刍思维得分为(44.83±9.32)分,离职意愿得分为(17.14±5.10)分。合同制聘用、反省深思、症状反刍和主管护师是ICU护士离职意愿的影响因素。结论:护理管理者应制定适合医院实际情况的激励和奖惩制度,缓解ICU护士的压力和开展心理疏导,以降低其离职意愿,提高临床护理服务质量。
Objective: To investigate rumination and turnover intention in ICU nurses of tertiary hospital, and explore their relationship. Methods : Qualilied ICU nurses were recruited from 4 Third Grade & Class A hospitals in Xi'an City, Shannxi Province by convenience sampling between February and July 2017. Chinese version of Nolen-Hoeksema Ruminative Responses Scale and Turnover Intention Scale were used to collect data. Results: The scores of rumination and turnover intention were (44.83±9.32) and (17.14±5.10) respectively. Contract nurses, reflection, symptoms of rumination can influence the turnover intention of ICU nurses. Conclusion: The managers should establish appropriate incentive and reward system, relieve the stress and develop psychological counseling of ICU nurses, in order to reduce their turnover intention and improve the quality of clinical nursing services.
