摘要
目的建立乳没活络散的显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别和双酯型生物碱限量检查方法。方法通过显微鉴别法对乳没活络散成分的外观及性状进行鉴别;通过薄层色谱法(TLC)对乳没活络散中3味药进行定性鉴别,并对制剂中双酯型生物碱进行限量检查。结果显微鉴别出乳没活络散中含三七、乳香、没药等6味药;TLC法鉴别出乳香、苏木和续断,斑点明显,色谱带清晰,阴性无干扰;TLC法能对乳没活络散中双酯型生物碱限量进行检查。结论建立的鉴别及检查法稳定可靠,可用于乳没活络散的质量控制。
Objective To establish methods of microscopic identification,TLC identification and limit test of diester alkaloid for Rumohuoluo San. Methods The appearance and properties of the components of Rumeihuoluo San were identified by microscopic identification,and the three kinds of herbs in Rumeihuoluo San were qualitatively identified by TLC,and the amount of diester alkaloids in the preparation was carried out limit test. Results Six herbs in Rumohuoluo San were identified by microscopical identification method,including Panax notoginseng, Boswellia carterii and Commiphora myrrha, ect. Boswellia carterii, Caesalpinia sappan and Dipsacus asper were identified by TLC. The spots were obvious,the chromatographic bands were clear,and the negative controls had no interference. The limit concentration of diester alkaloid in Rumohuoluo San could be detected by TLC. Conclusion The established identification method and inspection method were stable and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Rumohuoluo San.
