康复新液联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗维生素B_(12)缺乏型萎缩性舌炎52例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Kangfuxin Fluid Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in the Treatment of 52 Patients with Atrophic Glossitis Induced by Vitamin B_(12) Deficiency

目的观察康复新液联合重组人表皮生长因子(rh EGF)治疗维生素B_(12)缺乏型萎缩性舌炎(AG)的疗效。方法选择2014年1月至2017年10月在德阳市口腔医院治疗的维生素B_(12)缺乏型AG患者104例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各52例。两组患者均常规补充维生素B_(12),另予以rh EGF舌部喷洒,观察组患者在此基础上加用浸有康复新液的纱布贴敷,两组均治疗4周。结果观察组治愈率为36.54%,总有效率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的15.38%和82.69%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛指数和舌部病损面积均明显小于治疗前,且观察组明显小于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者白细胞介素6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.62%,与对照组的5.77%相当(P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合rh EGF治疗维生素B_(12)缺乏型AG疗效显著,还可明显改善预后,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To obsereve the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Fluid combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） in the treatment of atrophic glossitis（AG） induced by vitamin B12 deficiency. Methods Totally 104 patients with AG induced by vitamin .B12 deficiency treated in Deyang StomatologT Hospital from January 2014 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine vitamin .B12 supplementation,the patients in the control group were sprayed with rhEGF tongue,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with gauze soaked with Kangfuxin Fluid, and the two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results The cure rate and the total eft）ctive rate of the observation group were 36. 54% and 96. 15% ,which were significantly higher than 15.38% and 82.69% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the pain index and the lesion area of tongue in the two groups were significantly less than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6（IL-6） and C reactive protein（CRP） in the two groups were sig- nificantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.62% ,which was similar to 5.77% in the control group（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin Fluid combined with rbEGF is eft-ctive in the treatment of AG induced by vitamin BI- defi- ciency,it can obviously improve the prognosis ,and has fewer adverse reactions ,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
