摘要
目的观察涤痰止晕方治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残留症状的临床疗效。方法将医院2013年1月至2017年1月收治的70例住院良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残留症状患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。两组患者均口服倍他司汀治疗,观察组患者联合涤痰止晕方治疗,治疗1个月。结果治疗后,两组患者各症状积分均降低,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);两组患者眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分均降低,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为91.43%,明显高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为14.29%,与对照组的17.14%相当(P>0.05)。结论涤痰止晕方治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残留症状,能有效改善症状,提高疗效,且安全性佳,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ditan Zhiyun Recipe in the treatment of residual symptoms after manipulative reduction for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods Totally 70 patients with residual symptoms after manipulative reduction for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group. The two groups treated with betahistine, on this basis, the observation group was treated with Ditan Zhiyun Recipe. The two groups were treated for 1 month. Results After treatment,the scores of each symptom in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P 〈 0.05). The score of dizziness disorder scale(DHI) in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P 〈 0. 05). The total eft)ctive rate of the observation group was 91.43% ,which was significantly higher than 82.86% of the control group(P 〈 0. 05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14. 29% ,which was similar to 17. 14% in the control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Ditan Zhiyun Recipe in the treatment of residual symptoms after manipulative reduction for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the clinical effect,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
