摘要
目的促进药房托管的发展。方法列举现阶段公立医院药房托管的现状,分析其存在的问题,并针对问题提出解决措施。结果应积极鼓励药房托管普及,各方机构也应采取措施加快药房托管的步伐,从基本药物制度、激励机制、药品价格调控、利益相关者方面着手改革,积极推动药房托管在医院中顺利进行。结论药房托管是药品流通行业终端过程的重新整合,可促进医药分开。药房托管运营者应在利益分配的基础上确定监管制度,制订管理细则,分辨实施的困难点,提出合理的方案,保证药房托管能够长足发展。
Objective To promote the development of pharmacy trusteeship. Methods This paper enumerated the current situation of pharmacy trusteeship in public hospitals in China,analyzed the existing problems and put forward countermeasures. Results The popularization of pharmacy trusteeship should be actively encouraged, and all agencies should take measures to speed up the pace of pharmacy trusteeship,and actively promote the progress of pharmacy trusteeship in the hospitals by reforming the essential drug system,incentive mechanism,drug price regulation and stakeholders. Conclusion Pharmacy trusteeship is a reintegration of the terminal process of drug circulation industry, and it can promote the separation between medical and pharmaceutical services. Pharmacy trustee operators should establish regulatory system,formulate management rules and identify difficult points based on the reasonable interests distribution of stakeholders,and put forward a reasonable plan to ensure the rapid development of pharmacy trusteeship.
