广东某药店利用MTM-AI系统开展慢病管理的案例研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解目前广东省某药店开展慢性病管理(简称慢病管理)的现状、成效和存在的问题,提出改进建议和措施。方法采用观察和访谈方法,了解广东省某药店药物治疗管理-人工智能(MTM-AI)系统的利用情况,对慢病管理的数据进行回顾性分析,评估成效和存在的问题。结果广东省某药店引入MTM-AI系统为1 655例高血压患者提供服务,取得了一定成效。存在的问题主要为慢病管理专员心有余而力不足,MTM-AI系统还没有完全发挥出预期的优势和作用,消费者对药店慢病管理服务的认识还不足等。结论今后仍需加强对慢病管理专员的培训,持续改进MTM-AI系统,并向群众积极宣传该项服务。 Objective To understand the current situation,effectiveness and existing problems of chronic disease management in a drugstore in Guangdong Province,and put forward suggestions and measures for improvement. Methods The utilization of medication therapy management-artificial intelligence(MTM-AI) system in a drugstore in Guangdong Province was understood,and the data of chronic disease management were retrospectively analyzed, the eft)ctiveness and existing problems were evaluated. Results The introduction of MTM- AI system in a drugstore in Guangdong province had provided services for 1 655 patients with hypertension,and achieved some success. The main problems were as follows: the chronic disease management specialists were more willing and less competent in their works,MTM- AI system had not fully played the expected advantages and role,consumers' awareness of the chronic disease management services in pharmacies was still insufficient. Conclusion In the future,it is still necessat7 to strengthen the training of chronic disease management specialists,continuously improve the MTM- AI system,and actively publicize the service to the people.
