乳腺恶性肿瘤间质中α-SMA表达及与其临床病理特征的关系

Expression of α-SMA in the Interstitium of Breast Malignant Tumor and Its Relationship with Clinicpathological Features

目的探讨乳腺恶性肿瘤间质中α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达水平及与其临床病理特征的关系。方法选取160例乳腺肿瘤术后标本进行研究,按肿瘤良、恶性分组,其中乳腺恶性肿瘤组标本100例、良性肿瘤组标本60例,采用免疫组化染色检测各组标本中α-SMA的表达,并分析α-SMA与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤组α-SMA蛋白阳性率为79.00%,显著高于乳腺良性肿瘤组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺恶性肿瘤组α-SMA蛋白阳性表达与患者年龄、病灶直径、ER表达、PR表达、HER-2表达无显著相关性(P>0.05),与肿瘤组织的临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、组织学类型具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺恶性肿瘤间质中α-SMA的表达显著的升高,并且与乳腺恶性肿瘤发生发展关系密切。

Objective To investigate the expression of α-smooth muscle actin（ α-SMA） in the interstitium of breast malignant tumor and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The breast tumor specimens of 160 patients were studied,and they were divided into the malignant group（ 100 cases） and the benign group（ 60 cases） according to timorous condition,The expression of α-SMA in each group was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship between α-SMA and the clinicopathological features of patients with breast cancer was analyzed. Results The positive rate of α-SMA protein of the malignant group was 79%,which was significantly higher than that of benign group（ 25%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） The positive expression of α-SMA protein of the malignant groups was not significantly correlated with age,lesion diameter,ER expression,PR expression and HER-2 expression（ P〉0. 05）,and was significantly correlated with clinical stages,histological grade,lymphatic metastasis and histological type（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of α-SMA in the interstitium of breast malignant tumor is significantly elevated,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast malignant tumors.
