PBK/TOPK与Ki-67及p53在非小细胞肺癌中表达相关性及预后意义

Expression and Prognosis of PBK/TOPK and Ki-67 and p53 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Prognostic Significance

目的探讨PBK/TOPK、Ki-67、p53在非小细胞肺癌中表达相关性及预后意义,为非小细胞肺癌的预后诊断和临床治疗提供依据。方法选取确诊并接受手术切除治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者88例,其中腺癌患者29例、鳞癌患者30例,大细胞癌患者29例。收集患者原发灶组织的手术切除样本并用免疫组织化学染色法检测PBK/TOPK与Ki-67及p53在细胞中的定量,跟踪记录患者术后的病情发展情况。结果 PBK/TOPK在癌细胞胞质中呈阳性表达,呈黄色或棕褐色;Ki-67及p53在癌细胞胞质中呈阳性表达,呈黄色或棕褐色。PBK/TOPK、Ki-67和p53的高表达率分别为48.6%、69.3%、62.7%。应用统计学方法分析发现PBK/TOPK与Ki-67和p53表达呈正相关。通过跟踪记录发现PBK/TOPK与Ki-67和p53表达越低,患者的中位生存期越高。结论 PBK/TOPK与Ki-67及p53在非小细胞肺癌中的表达呈正相关,PBK/TOPK与Ki-67及p53在非小细胞肺癌中的表达相关性可作为患者临床预后分析治疗的依据。

Objective To investigate the correlation and prognostic significance of PBK/TOPK,Ki-67 and p53 expression in non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC） and to provide evidence basis for the prognosis and clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 88 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were diagnosed and undergone surgical resection were selected,including 29 cases of adenocarcinoma,30 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 29 cases of large cell carcinoma.Surgical resection samples of primary tumor tissues were collected and the quantity of PBK/TOPK,Ki-67 and p53 in the cells were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The patient＇s postoperative condition was tracked. Results PBK/TOPK in the cytoplasm of cancer cells were positive,yellow or brown; Ki-67 and p53 were positive in the cytoplasm of cancer cells,yellow or brown. The high expression rates of PBK/TOPK,Ki-67 and p53 were 48. 6%,69. 3% and 62. 7% respectively. Statistical analysis showed that PBK/TOPK was positively correlated with Ki-67 and p53 expression. The lower the expression of PBK/TOPK and Ki-67 and p53,the higher the median survival of patients. Conclusion The expression of PBK/TOPK and Ki-67 and p53 in nonsmall cell lung cancer are positively correlated,and the correlation between PBK/TOPK,Ki-67 and p53 in non-small cell lung cancer can be used as the basis for clinical prognosis analysis.
