榄香烯乳联合化疗治疗恶性胸膜间皮瘤的疗效及对预后的影响

Clinical Effect and Prognosis Analysis of Elemene Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

目的探讨榄香烯乳联合化疗治疗恶性胸膜间皮瘤的疗效及对预后的影响。方法选取62例恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性方法,把入选病例分为观察组和对照组,每组31例,其中对照组采用单纯化疗治疗,观察组采用榄香烯乳联合化疗治疗。比较两组患者的肿瘤治疗效果、预后情况以及毒副作用。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组(64.52%>35.48%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疾病控制率高于对照组(90.32%>64.52%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的总生存期OS[(19.86±9.39)个月]低于观察组患者[(31.17±11.45)个月,P=0.006)]。对照组患者的无疾病生存期PFS[(13.51±8.63)个月]低于观察组患者[(24.41±10.41)个月,P=0.003)]。观察组总不良反应总发生率低于对照组(10.00%<36.67%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论榄香烯乳联合化疗治疗恶性胸膜间皮瘤的疗效较好,可延长患者生存时间,降低不良反应,值得进一步临床研究探讨。

Objective To investigate the effect of elemene combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural mesothelioma and prognosis analysis. Methods 62 cases of malignant pleural mesothelioma were analyzed,and were divided into the observation group（ 31 cases） and control group（ 31 cases） using digital random grouping method. The observation group was treated with elemene combined with chemotherapy. The control group was treated with chemotherapy. After treatment,clinical efficacy,survival and toxicity were compared in the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group（ 64. 52% 〉35. 48%）（ P〈0. 05）. The disease control rate in observation group was higher than in the control group（ 90. 32% 64. 52%）（ P〈0. 05）. FPS（ 24. 41 ± 10. 41） in the observation group was higher than FPS（ 13. 51 ± 8. 63） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. OS（ 31. 17 ± 11. 45） in the observation group was higher than OS（ 19. 86 ±9. 39） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group（ 10. 00% 36. 67%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Elemene combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural mesothelioma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis,reduce the rate of adverse reactions,which is worthy of further clinical research.
