抗HPV蛋白辅料配合单磷酸阿糖腺苷对宫颈上皮内瘤变锥切术后人乳头瘤病毒清除率的影响

The Effect of Anti HPV Protein Adjuvant Combined with Mono Phosphate on the Clearance Rate of Human Papillomavirus in Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

目的探讨抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)蛋白辅料配合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变锥切术后HPV持续感染的临床疗效。方法选取行宫颈冷刀锥切术后仍存在HPV感染的子宫上皮内瘤变患者76例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组38例。对照组患者给予抗HPV蛋白辅料治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷静脉滴注,观察2组患者治疗3、6、12个月后病毒转阴率及临床有效率,并记录治疗期间不良反应。结果 2组患者治疗3、6、12个月后临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义;但治疗组患者在治疗6、12个月后病毒转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论采用抗HPV蛋白辅料和单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合用药可有效降低病毒载量,最大限度清除锥切术后HPV的持续感染,改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anti human papilloma virus（ HPV） protein supplement combined with arteosin monophosphate in the treatment of HPV persistent infection after conization of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 76 patients with HPV infection after cervical cold knife conization were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,38 cases in each group. The control group were treated with anti HPV protein materials treatment,the treatment group was given a intravenous drip of adenosine monophosphate monophosphate on the basis of the control group,and the rate of virus conversion and the clinical efficiency after 3,6 and 12 months were observed in the 2 groups,and recorded during treatment adverse response. Results 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,the total clinical efficiency of the 2 groups was not statistically significant; but the patients in the treatment group after 6 and 12 months after the virus clearance rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups. Conclusion The combination of anti HPV protein supplement and acarbose monophosphate can effectively reduce the viral load,eliminate the persistent infection of HPV and improve the prognosis of the patients.
