摘要
目的探讨前列腺癌组织中血管生成与MR灌注成像各项指标的相关性。方法选择45例前列腺癌患者为观察组,进行MR灌注成像,并对前列腺癌标本行血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及微血管密度(MVD)的免疫组织化学检测;分析与灌注曲线最大线性斜率(SS_(max))及T2~*驰豫率的相关性。另选择45例健康志愿者为对照组,进行相同的检测。结果观察组的最大线性斜率、T2*驰豫率、VEGF和MVD表达水平均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MR灌注成像的相关指标能反应前列腺癌组织中血管的生成情况,进而为临床诊疗提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the correlation between angiogenesis and MR perfusion-weighted of prostate cancer tissues. Methods 45 patients with prostate cancer as the observation group,MR perfusion-weighted imaging,and the prostate cancer specimens vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and microvascular density( MVD) immunohistochemical were detected. The correlation between the maximum linear slope( SSmax) and T2^*gallop rate of the perfusion curve was analyzed. Another 45 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group for the same test. Results The SSmax,T2^*gallop rate,VEGF and MVD expression levels in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The relevant indicators of MR perfusion imaging can reflect the formation of blood vessels in prostate cancer tissue and provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
