摘要
以氯化锌和硬脂酸为原料,采用溶剂热法,一步制备硬脂酸修饰的ZnO纳米颗粒。用沉降实验、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外可见分光光度计等对样品进行表征。结果表明,样品属于红锌矿型合成纳米氧化锌,颗粒尺寸约为10~30 nm,在有机溶剂中具有良好的分散性好,在200 nm^400 nm的紫外线屏蔽率达到94.1%~98.9%,具有广谱高效的防晒效果。
The stearic acid modified ZnO nanoparticles were successfully prepared by one-step solvothermal method and by using zinc chloride and stearic acid as raw material. The samples were characterized by sedimentation experiment,X-ray powder diffraction( XRD),infrared spectrometer( IR),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the sample is a synthetic nano Zn O of zincite,the nanoparticles with diameter in the range of 10 - 30 nm,and the SA-Zn O nanoparticles has excellent dispersion stability in organic solvent,its ultraviolet radiation screening factor is 94. 1% to 98. 9% at 200 - 400 nm,it has a broad spectrum and efficient sunscreen effect.
