含与不含朱砂的七厘散镇痛作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Analgesic Effect of Qili San with or Without Cinnabar

目的 :比较含与不含朱砂的七厘散的镇痛作用。方法:通过小鼠热板法、小鼠扭体法观察比较含与不含朱砂的七厘散的镇痛作用。结果 :与空白对照组比较,阿司匹林组、七厘散高剂量组、去朱砂七厘散高剂量组给药60 min后能明显提高小鼠热板实验的痛阈值;各给药组对由醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应均有明显抑制作用(P﹤0.05),其中阿司匹林组、七厘散高剂量组、去朱砂七厘散高剂量组能显著(P﹤0.01)抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应。在小鼠热板实验和由醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应中,去朱砂七厘散各组与同等剂量的七厘散组比较,两者功效差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:含与不含朱砂的七厘散的镇痛作用是相近的。基于镇痛实验研究,可以去除七厘散中的朱砂。

Objective： To compare the analgesic effect of Qili San with or without cinnabar. Methods： The analgesic effect of Qili San with or without cinnabar was observed by mice hot-plate test and mice writhing test. Results： Compared with the blank group,the aspirin group,the high dose group of Qili San and the high dose group of Qili San without cinnabar can obviously improve the pain threshold of the mice hot-plate test in 60 minutes. All the drug groups have obvious inhibitory the mice writhing reaction induced by acetic acid（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. Among them,the aspirin group,the high dose group of Qili San and the high dose group of Qili San without cinnabar could significant inhibit（ P〈 0. 01） the mice writhing reaction induced by acetic acid. In the mice hot-plate test and the mice writhing response induced by acetic acid,there was no significant difference in the efficacy between Qili San groups and the same dosage groups of Qili San without cinnabar（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion No matter whether cinnabar contained or not,Qili San achieve the similar analgesic effects. Based on the experimental study of analgesia,the cinnabar of Qili San can be removed.
