摘要

Alloy with different PC content is prepared through blending extrusion. This paper researches on the mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature influenced by PC/ABS and PC/ABS/MBS with different PC content and discusses the effect of PC/ABS/SAN/MBS four element blends. The results shows that the PC content of is proportional to the tensile strength and thermal deformation temperature of the alloy, and when the PC content reaches at 60% the impact toughness is the best. MBS can increase the toughness and toughening effect of the alloy, which can obviously improve the the alloy impact properties,but it will decrease the rigidity and heat resistance of the alloy. On the basis of PC/ABS/MBS, keeping the dosage of PC and MBS, replacing the 40% ABS with SAN. PC/ABS/SAN/MBS four element blends alloy while keep the same impact strength, the tensile strength and heat deformation temperature of the alloy can be greatly improved, which makes the alloy have better comprehensive properties.
