摘要
本文所研究的磷酸亚铁锂正极材料是通过用微波炉加热来制备的,考察了在不同功率及时间下对其结构的影响。XRD谱图分析结果表明不同加热时间制备的样品中存在主相LiFePO_4,但同时生成的杂质也较多。通过电化学性能测试表明,微波法合成得到的LiFePO_4首次放电容量可以达到85m Ah/g,循环40次后放电容量只衰减了3%,表现出了良好的循环性能。
In this paper,the lithium iron phosphates composite material of lithium ion battery cathode were prepared by microwave heating and the improvements of lithium iron phosphates were researched in this research. XRD spectra analysis showed that the heating time for different samples prepared by the existence of the main phase LiFePO4,but at the same time the reaction generated a lot of impurities. The electrochemical testing indicated the initical discharge capacity of lithium iron phosphates composite material was 85 mAh/g and the 40 th capacity fall off 3%,the results indicate the samples have better cyclic property.
