渣油加氢装置典型控制方案

Typical Control Strategy of Residual Oil Hydrotreating Unit

摘要 某炼油企业新建渣油加氢装置采用引进技术和工艺包,该技术采用与国内技术不同的工艺实现渣油的脱硫、脱氮,工艺流程和控制方案也具有其特点。本文重点介绍该装置的技术特点和工艺流程中的典型控制方案,包括上流式反应器入口温度控制、反应器系统压力控制、热高分器液位的控制、注水罐液位的控制、分馏塔进料加热炉紧急循环控制、分馏塔塔顶压力的控制及侧线塔重沸器的控制等。 The foreign process and PDP have applied for a new residual oil hydrotreating unit in a refinery. The process is characterized by desulfurization and denitrification,which are different from associated domesitic processes. The technical features of the process unit and typical control schemes are described,including control of inlet temperature of upflow reactor,control of reactor system pressure,control of hot high pressure separator liquid level,control of injection water drum liquid level,control of emergency line for atmospheric fractionator feed furnace,control of atmospheric fractionator reflux drum pressure,control of mid distillate reboiler's duty
