摘要
为实现通过检测链窝接触力反推链条实时张力目的,以SGZ764/630型刮板输送机为研究对象,以启动和卡链工况为极限约束,运用结构力学和Hertz接触力学知识,建立刮板输送机链环系统以及链轮-链条啮合过程的接触力学数学模型。利用MATLAB工具对刮板输送机启动和卡链过程进行仿真,分析仿真结果,以卡链工况数据为依据,进行数据处理,得到链条张力和啮合接触力的最大值对应关系,利用Cftool工具结合高斯曲线对两者函数关系进行拟合,最终得到链条张力和啮合接触力之间函数关系,拟合结果 RMSE:5912,R-square:0.9988。
In order to realize the real-time tension of the chain by detecting the contact force of the chain,taking the SGZ764/630 type scraper conveyor as the research object,taking the starting and chain working conditions as the limit constraint,using the knowledge of structural mechanics and Hertz contact mechanics,the contact mechanics mathematical model of the chain ring system of the scraper conveyor and the chain wheel chain meshing process is established. The MATLAB tool is used to simulate the starting and chain process of scraper conveyor,and the simulation results are analyzed. Based on the card chain working data,data processing is carried out,the maximum corresponding relationship between chain tension and meshing contact force is obtained. The relationship between the two functions is fitted with the Gauss curve with the Cftool,and the chain is finally obtained. The relationship between strip tension and meshing contact force is fitted,and the fitting result is RMSE: 5912,R-square: 0. 9988.
