摘要
化工企业液氨泄露会造成中毒、火灾事故及舆情影响,研究液氨储罐泄露并开展应急管理是化工企业安全管理工作的重点工作。通过ALOHA模拟研究泄漏高度和泄漏孔径对泄漏后果场景的影响,为液氨储罐泄漏应急管理提供措施。良好的建议措施对提升同行业安全生产管理水平具有重要的作用。
The leakage of liquid ammonia in chemical enterprises would cause poisoning,fire accidents and public opinion influence. The work of studying the leakage of liquid ammonia storage tank and carrying out emergency management was the focus of the chemical enterprise safety management job. The influence of leakage height and hole diameter on the leakage consequence scenario is simulated by ALOHA. Emergency management measures of liquid ammonia tank leakage was put forward in the paper.Good Suggestions and measures play an important role in improving the management level of production safety in chemical industry.
