Study on Consequences Simulation and Preventive Measures of LPG Tank Leakage

化工企业LPG泄漏会造成火灾爆炸、人员伤害及负面舆情,研究LPG储罐泄漏并开展应急管理是化工企业安全管理工作的重点工作。本文分析了泄漏事故的原因和事故分类分析,通过ALOHA模拟石化LPG储罐泄漏后的不同事故场景,并针对LPG泄漏从点火源控制和人员安全管理方面提出防范措施,为石化企业LPG储罐安全管理奠定基础,对企业储运系统安全管理工作具有重要的意义。

Leakage of LPG tank in chemical enterprise could cause fire explosion,personal injury and negative public opinion. It was an important task of safety management in chemical enterprise to study the leakage of LPG storage tank and carry out the emergency management. The cause and accident classification analysis of the leakage accident are analyzed,and different accident scenarios as LPG tank leakage were simulated by ALOHA. And in view of the LPG leakage from the ignition source control and personnel safety management put forward the preventive measures. It is important to lay down that safety management of LPG storage tank in the petrochemical enterprise.
