摘要
用于特殊连接装置用途的圆钢丝要求具有较高的抗拉强度和剪切强度、极低的松弛性能。稳定化处理是获得钢丝低松弛性能的有效方法。通过模拟使用条件自制试验工装测试圆钢丝剪切强度,以及利用标准试验设备测试圆钢丝抗拉强度和松弛性能,得出为获取低松弛性能圆钢丝的稳定化处理对圆钢丝抗拉强度和剪切强度的影响规律,为用圆钢丝连接装置的设计和使用提供建议和指导。
Round steel wire used for special connection devices has high tensile strength and shear strength,extremely low relaxation performance. Stabilization treatment is an effective method to obtain low relaxation performance of steel wire. After test the shear strength of round steel wire with the self-made test equipment which simulated operating condition and test the tensile strength and relaxation performance of the round steel wire with standard test equipment,obtain the influence rule of the stabilization process on the tensile strength and shear strength of round steel wire,which can provide advice and guidance for design and use of the round wire connection device.
