摘要
针对塑料管用镀铜钢丝在生产、运输、储存和使用过程中,受到外围介质的化学或电化学作用而引起的腐蚀问题,介绍一种防锈处理工艺:通过合理控制酸洗工艺参数,添加0.8 mL/L镀液稳定剂,控制镀液Fe^(2+)质量浓度不大于120 g/L,镀后进行酒精固铜处理并清洗干燥,涂覆防锈剂,最终使钢丝具有较强的防锈能力,满足产品质量要求。
In the process of production,transportation,storage and use of copper plated steel wire for plastic pipes,the corrosion problem caused by chemical or electrochemical action of peripheral media is introduced,and a kind of antirust treatment process is introduced. Through reasonable control of the process parameters of pickling,adding 0. 8 mL/L plating bath stabilizer,controlling the Fe2+ mass concentration of the plating solution not more than 120 g/L,the treatment of alcohol solid copper after plating,cleaning and drying and coating the rust inhibitor,the steel wire has strong antirust ability and meets the quality requirements of the product.
