摘要
为满足电梯钢丝绳制绳丝生产的需要,设计一种卧式工字轮收线机。该收线机采用联组窄V带传动,电机功率4kW,收线工字轮为?300 mm,收线钢丝直径为0.37~0.90 mm。排线采用独立电机驱动,采用气夹进行换向。收线和排线装置均采用PLC和变频器控制,以适应主机速度和排线间距变化。该机结构简单,制造和维护方便,排线间距可调,可确保钢丝的收线质量,提高生产作业率。
In order to meet the needs of the production of steel wire for elevator wire rope,a horizontal type wheel take-up machine is designed. The take-up machine adopts a narrow V-belt drive,the motor power is 4kW,the take-up wheel is diameter 300 mm,and the wire diameter is 0. 37 to 0. 90 mm. The winding displacement is driven by an independent motor and is change-over by a gas holder. The take-up and winding displacement devices are controlled by PLC and frequency converter to adapt to the change of speed and line spacing. The machine has the advantages of simple structure,convenient manufacture and maintenance,adjustable spacing between rows,which ensures the quality of wire take-up and improves the production rate.
