国内外桥梁缆索用预应力盘条质量对比

摘要 介绍预应力钢绞线总体状况,针对桥梁缆索用盘条在拉拔、绞线过程中出现断丝和镀锌钢丝弯曲、扭转等指标不稳定问题,对国内外不同企业盘条进行化学成分分析、工艺流程比较、力学性能检测、金相组织观测、夹杂物成分分析等试验,找出产品差异,认为国外生产厂家线材复合夹杂物中Al_2O_3比例较小,且均进行了变性处理,形成塑性夹杂,这是中丝、成品钢丝性能优良的根本原因。 To introduce the general condition of prestressed steel strand. Aiming at wire breaking problem of wire rod used for bridge cable during drawing and stranding process and instability of bending and torsion of galvanized steel wire. The differences in chemical composition analysis,process flow comparison,mechanical property testing,metallographic observation and inclusion composition analysis of different wire rod at home and abroad are carried out to find product differences. It is considered that the proportion of Al2O3 in the compound inclusions of the foreign wire manufacturer is small,and the plastic inclusion is formed by denaturing treatment,which is the fundamental reason for the excellent property of the medium and finished steel wire.
