高强度圆环链用25MnV钢轧制及性能探讨

摘要 介绍高强度圆环链用25MnV钢轧制试验,同时对盘条进行热处理试验,检测其力学性能、显微组织和硬度等。结果表明,生产的25MnV盘条抗拉强度约700 MPa,断面收缩率40%左右。组织为均匀的铁素体和珠光体,心部存在少量贝氏体,无脱碳现象。盘条淬火和回火后,断面收缩率达到52.0%,硬度值≥41 HRC,力学性能满足国标要求。 The rolling test of 25 MnV steel for high strength ring chain is introduced. Heat treatment test is carried out on wire rod,and its mechanical properties,microstructure and hardness are tested. The results show that the tensile strength of 25 MnV wire rod is 700 MPa and the percentage reduction of area is 40%. The microstructure is homogeneous ferrite and pearlite with a small amount of bainite in the core and no decarburization on the surface. After quenching and tempering,the percentage reduction of area reaches 52. 0%,the hardness value is more than 41 HRC,and the mechanical properties meet the requirements of the national standard.
