电梯用钢丝绳润滑与维护

Lubrication and maintenance of elevator wire rope

介绍电梯用钢丝绳润滑及使用现状,并从钢丝绳专用油脂、润滑方式、钢丝绳的润滑维护等方面分析润滑对电梯用钢丝绳寿命的影响。结果表明,电梯用钢丝绳用途不同,其润滑要求和油脂含量各不相同;选择专用的电梯绳油脂和合理的润滑方式,有助于提高钢丝绳的使用寿命;良好的后期润滑维护,可以减少电梯运行过程中的安全隐患,延长钢丝绳的使用周期。

To introduce lubrication and usage current situation of wire rope for elevator,the influence of lubrication on life of wire rope for elevator from the following aspects such as special grease of wire rope,lubrication method,lubrication maintenance of wire rope is analyzed. Results show that with the different uses of wire rope for elevators,the lubrication requirements and the content of greases are different. The service life of wire rope is increased to select special elevator rope grease and proper lubrication will help increase. Good post-lubrication maintenance can reduce the potential safety hazard during the elevator operation and extend the life cycle of wire rope.
