摘要
为探究新型城镇化与房地产市场间协调发展关系,针对人口、经济和基础设施三个维度构建新型城镇化的指标评价体系,针对房地产投资和销售两个方面构建房地产市场的指标评价体系,采用耦合模型对山东省及四个典型城市(济南、青岛、淄博、菏泽)新型城镇化与房地产市场协调发展状况进行实证分析。分析结果表明,近年来山东省新型城镇化与房地产市场的协调性进一步提升,但各地市间新型城镇化与房地产市场协调发展程度存在较大差异。
The index evaluation system of new urbanization is constructed from three dimensions of popula tion, economy and infrastructure, the index evaluation system of real estate market is constructed from two aspects of real estate investment and the sales of the real estate market. The coordinated development of the new urbanization and the real estate market is analyzed by the coupling model in Shandong province and four typical cities (Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo and Heze). The result shows that the coordination between the new urbanization and the real estate market in Shandong province has been further promoted, but the coordination development between cities is quite different.
