The Experience and Inspiration of Ideological and Political Work in China Women's University of Yan'an

抗战时期,延安中国女子大学通过开展政治理论教育,组织生产劳动与社会实践,举行节日庆典和文娱活动,帮助学生解决日常生活中的困难等途径,有效地塑造了学生的政治观、劳动观、人生观和价值观,培养了大批优秀的妇女干部,给当代高校女大学生的思想政治教育工作提供了宝贵的经验及启示:加强马克思主义妇女理论教育,培养学生正确的性别观;加强勤俭节约的传统美德教育,培养学生正确的消费观;开展丰富多彩的校园文体活动,培养学生积极乐观的人生态度;加强日常生活中的沟通与交流,及时引导和疏通学生的思想问题。

During the period of the Anti-Japanese War,China Women＇s University of Yan＇an carried out political theory education,organized production labor and social practice,held festival celebrations and recreational activities,helped students solve difficulties in daily life,and finally effectively shaped the students＇ political and labor concepts,as well as their outlook on life and values. Nurturing a large number of outstanding women cadres has provided valuable experience and enlightenment for the ideological and political education of female students in contemporary universities,that is to strengthen the education of Marxist women＇s theory,cultivate students＇ correct gender perspective,strengthen the traditional virtue education of diligence and saving,cultivate students＇ correct consumption outlook,carry out rich and colorful campus cultural and sports activities,and cultivate students＇ positive attitude to life,and enhance communication with students and ease students＇ thinking problems in daily life.
