新型主动式安全带锁止系统研究

摘要 安全带是车用乘员防护系统的主要部件。锁止系统是安全带的核心部件。目前常用的系统主要依靠惯性零件感知车辆加速度,依靠重力平衡感知车辆角度,依靠芯轴转动时的离心力感知织带被抽出速度。该套系统的稳定性在当前量产中得到验证,但随着行业要求逐步提高以及主动式安全系统的发展,该系统的局限性也越来越明显。从整体角度探讨了适用于主动式安全带的全新锁止系统,在提高现有系统性能的同时,为当前突出矛盾探讨解决方案。 The seat belt is the main component of the vehicle occupant protection system. The locking system is the core component of the seat belt. At present,the commonly used systems mainly rely on inertial components to sense vehicle acceleration,rely on gravity to sense the vehicle angle,and rely on the centrifugal force when the mandrel rotates to sense the speed at the webbing is pulled out. The stability of this system has been verified in current mass production,but with the gradual increase of industry requirements and the development of active safety systems,the limitations of this system have become increasingly evident. A whole new locking system that was applicable to the active seat belt was discussed from an overall perspective. While improving the performance of existing system,it also discusses solutions for the current outstanding contradictions.
