责任制管理对血透室护士执行力的影响分析

Analysis of Responsibility Management on Execution of Nurses in Hemodialysis Room

目的探究分析责任制管理模式对血透室护理人员护理执行力的影响。方法选择我院进行透析的149例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组74例和对照组75例。比较两组患者的血液透析达标情况(包括血压、血红蛋白、尿素消除、蛋白分解达标情况)、抑郁程度、饮食状况、生存质量及遵医行为的得分情况,以及对护理的满意度。结果两组患者血压、血红蛋白、尿素消除、蛋白分解达标情况比较无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(p>0.05)。观察组患者的抑郁程度、饮食状况、生存质量及遵医行为得分与对照组比较,有明显差异,比较两组的护理满意度,差异明显,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论责任制管理模式应用于血透室护理,有效提升了血透室的护理执行力,有助于提高患者透析效率,提高患者生存质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of responsibility management model on nursing executive force among nurses in hemodialysis room. Methods A total of 149 patients who underwent dialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The rate of hemodialysis reaching the standard was compared between the two groups（whether reach the standard of blood pressure, hemoglobin, urea elimination, and protein decomposition）, degree of depression, dietary status, quality of life, the score of compliance, and satisfaction with nursing. Results There were no significant differences in blood pressure, hemoglobin, urea elimination and protein decomposition between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The degree of depression, dietary status, quality of life and compliance of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was significantly different（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of responsibility management model in hemodialysis room nursing can effectively improve the nursing executive force, the dialysis efficiency and the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, and their satisfaction with nursing.
