北京某三甲医院医生工作压力及对策研究

Study on Working Stress of Doctors and Countermeasures in a Tertiary Hospital

目的了解大型综合医院医生的压力源,进而为医院医生的压力管理和干预对策提供依据。方法以电子问卷形式调查了286名医生的工作压力情况,对不同层面的压力源以及不同特征医生的压力进行分析。结果本研究医生的压力总得分为2.62分,其中来自外部环境和工作负荷两个维度的得分最高,分别为3.60分和3.23分。结论医生处于中等压力水平,其中来自外部环境和工作负荷的压力最高,医院应该针对这两个维度进行压力管理。

Objective To explore the stressors of doctors in the large general hospital, so as to provide reference for management and countermeasures of work stress of doctors in general hospitals. Methods A total of 286 doctors were investigated with electronic questionnaires on work stress. We then analyzed the stressors of different levels and the stress of doctors with different characteristics. Results The total score of stress was 2.62, and the highest scores came from the external environment（3.60） and workload（3.23）. Conclusion The doctors in the present study were under moderate work stress, with the highest stress from external environment and workload. The large general hospitals should take measures targeting external environment and workload to manage doctors＇ work stress.
