医务人员职业倦怠与职业紧张现况研究

Study on Occupational Burnout and Occupational Stress in Medical Staff

目的探讨精神专科医院医务人员职业倦怠和职业紧张现状以及二者的关联性。方法采用工作内容量表(JCQ)和职业倦怠通用版量表(MBI-GS)对北京市某三甲精神专科医院170名医务人员进行职业健康状况调查。结果有效调查155人(91.2%),职业紧张阳性者39.4%;重度职业倦怠者9.0%,轻中度职业倦怠者52.9%;医务人员紧张程度与职业倦怠程度呈正相关(p<0.01),社会支持与职业倦怠程度呈负相关(p<0.01)。结论精神专科医院医务人员职业倦怠与职业紧张状况不容乐观,二者存在显著的相关关系,应从个体和组织水平开展干预措施,降低职业紧张水平,改善职业倦怠状况。

Objective To understand the occupational burnout status and the occupational stress of medical staff in the psychiatric hospital, so as to investigate the association between them. Methods A total of 170 medical staff in a psychiatric hospital in Beijing were selected as research subjects. Their occupational health status was investigated by the Job Content Questionnaire（JCQ） and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey（MBI-GS）. Results Among 155 medical staff with valid responses, 39.4% of participants had high degree of occupational stress; 9.0% of participants had severe job burnout and 52.9% of participants had moderate job burnout. We observed a significant positive relationship between occupational stress and burnout（p〈0.01） and a negative relationship between social support and occupational burnout（p〈0.01）. Conclusion The occupational burnout and stress status of the medical staff in the psychiatric hospital was not optimistic. There was a significant correlation between them. Interventions should be taken on individual and organizational level to reduce the occupational stress and burnout.
