摘要 目的探讨手术室护士职业认同、护理决策参与对其留职意愿的影响,为手术室护士队伍的管理提供依据。方法应用职业认同量表、护理决策参与量表及留职意愿量表对307名手术室护士进行调查,运用SPSS20.0和AMOS17.0进行数据分析。结果手术室护士的留职意愿得分为22.77±5.76分,职业认同及各维度、护理决策参与及各维度均与留职意愿呈显著相关(r=0.130~0.791,p<0.05),职业认同直接影响护士留职意愿,并通过护理决策参与间接影响留职意愿。结论护理管理者应加强对手术室护士的职业认同教育,鼓励积极参与决策的护士,提升手术室护士留职意愿,稳定护理队伍。 Objective To explore the effects of occupational identity and decisional involvement on the retention intention, and to provide reference for management of operating room nurses. Methods A total 307 operating room nurses were investigated by occupational identity scale, nursing decisional involvement scale and retention intention scale. Data analysis were carried out using SPSS20.0 and AMOS17.0. Results The retention intention score of the operating room nurses was(22.77±5.76). The overall and all dimensions of occupational identity, overall and all dimensions of decisional involvement were significantly correlated with the retention intention(r=0.130 ~ 0.791, p〈0.05). The occupational identity can directly affect nurses' retention intention. The decisional involvement also played a mediating role between occupational identity and the retention intention. Conclusion Nursing managers should strengthen the occupational identity education of operating room nurses, encourage the nurses who actively participate in decision-making, enhance the retention intention among operating room nurses and stabilize the nursing team.
