"一带一路"倡议的推行,对西部地区重构对外开放新格局、补齐制度建设短板、缓解融资难、融资贵的短板等方面具有重要作用,有利于实现西部弯道超车,追赶东部地区。同时也存在诸如西部地区基础设施建设相对滞后、民族关系复杂以及劳动力素质普遍偏低等挑战。要实现东西部地区的平衡发展,就要促进西部地区基础设施的互联互通、加强与周边地区的人文交流、推动产业结构的优化升级,从而发挥自身优势,促进经济社会的可持续发展。

The implementation of ＂ Belt and Road＂ strategy,which plays an important role in western region＇s reconstruction of opening up,complement of short board system,and ease of financing difficulties.It is conducive to the realization of the western corner overtaking,and chasing the eastern region. At the same time,it also brings challenges such as the relatively backward infrastructure construction in Western China,the complicated ethnic relations and the low quality of labor force.To seek the rapid development of the western region,we need to promote the interconnection of infrastructure and the surrounding area;strengthen cultural exchanges,promote the people＇ s,communication along from a new pattern of industrial optimal upgrading. In this way,the wastern region can take their own advantages, and advance the development of China＇s economy.
