摘要
随着分享经济的发展和普及,一场深刻的商业革命已经到来。分享经济对企业管理的方方面面产生广泛的影响,一些传统的管理理念和方法受到了巨大的挑战。其中,传统的以劳务合同为基础的企业与雇员之间的雇佣关系逐渐动摇,取而代之的是人力资源供应方与平台之间松散的合作关系,在这种松散的合作关系下传统的人力资源管理职能难以发挥作用,亟需创新和变革。本研究选取国内分享经济的最具代表性的企业——滴滴出行为例,分析分享经济背景下的人力资源管理问题。通过问卷调查和访谈,考察滴滴出行对平台的人力资源供应方——司机的人力资源管理现状,分析其对于人力资源管理创新的探索和存在的问题,并对分享经济背景下的人力资源管理提出建议和展望。
With the development and popularization of sharing economy,a profound commercial revolution has arrived. Sharing economy has extensive influence on all aspects of enterprise management,and some traditional management concepts and methods have been challenged greatly. Among them,the employment relationship between the traditional labor contract based enterprises and employees has been shaken,it becomes loose between human resources and supply side platform cooperation,and the traditional human resource management are hard to function in the loose relationship,and need to change and innovation. This study selects DiDi —the most representative enterprises in the domestic sharing economy,analyzes the human resources management problem under the shared economic background. Through the questionnaire survey and interview,this study investigated the current situation of human resources supply side—driver,analyzed the innovation exploration of human resource management and the existing problems,and finally,provided some suggestions and prospect of human resource management in the background of Sharing economy.
