Starting from the current existing problems in the scientific research management team of agricultural institute,combined with the incentive mechanism,how to construct a scientific research management team with a reasonable scale,efficient operation,and excellent professional skills were discussed,in order to provide references for the scientific research management of grassroots agricultural institutes and promote the healthy development of scientific research career.
