摘要
地方传统文化在高职学生思想政治教育中有着显著的优势,对提升校园文化品位,升级思政教育师资队伍,建立"课程思政"有着重要的资源价值。其价值实现需要思政教育工作者以"习近平传统文化观"为指导,加强总体设计与系统化培育,苦练话语转换技能,熟练运用新媒体,以正确的"打开方式"吸引学生。
Local traditional culture is of great resource value and advantage to student ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges for it can help improve campus cultural quality, strengthen ideological and political theory teachers＇ ability and offer ideological-political-theory-specific courses. To realize the value of local traditional culture, ideological and political education workers need to be guided by Xi Jinping＇s view of traditional culture, to do more overall design and systematic education work, to practice the skill of discourse conversion, to make use of multimedia proficiently, and to arouse student interests in the appropriate way.
