How to Work as a Political Instructor When High Quality Higher Vocational Colleges Being Built

优质高职院校建设对辅导员工作提出了新要求。如何在学校转型发展中科学定位,更好地助力学校完成新时代赋予的使命,是高职辅导员工作面临的新课题。高职院校应按照建设标准,更新教育理念,优化培养机制,充分发挥辅导员在优质高职院校建设中的作用。高职辅导员应着眼于立德树人的根本任务,全面推进思想引领工程、文化浸润工程、能力培养工程及产教融合工程。

The construction of high quality higher vocational colleges has presented new requirements and tasks for political instructors, so that in the colleges＇ development and transformation political instructors should know well their position to help their colleges fulfill their mission in the new era. Higher vocational colleges should bring the role of instructors into full play in the construction process by updating educational ideas, improving the training mechanism in accordance with the construction standards. The counselors should take as priority the task of strengthening moral education and cultivating students, and carry forward the projects of ideological leader, culture immersion, ability training and school-enterprise integration.
