抗病毒治疗初期HIV/AIDS患者睡眠质量影响因素分析

Influencing factors of sleep quality of people with HIV/AIDS on ART initially

目的了解抗病毒治疗初期HIV/AIDS患者的睡眠状况及其影响因素。方法选取2017年5月~8月准备接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS患者155例,应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数测量表(PSQI)及焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HAD),调查患者治疗前和治疗1个月后的睡眠质量及焦虑、抑郁状况。采用配对t检验对比治疗前后患者的睡眠质量变化,采用岭回归分析影响抗病毒治疗初期HIV/AIDS患者睡眠质量的因素。结果 HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗后睡眠质量、焦虑、抑郁得分均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HIV/AIDS患者睡眠质量受服药前焦虑、抑郁状态、抗病毒治疗及相关支持的影响。结论医护人员应对准备或接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)初期的HIV/AIDS患者进行睡眠质量以及焦虑、抑郁等负性心理状态的评估以发现其睡眠质量及心理健康方面的问题,并通过健康教育、心理关怀的手段为患者提供支持,改善其负性心理、睡眠质量,促进患者生活质量提升。

Objective This article studied the sleep quality of people with HIV/AIDS on ART initially and influencing factors. Methods 155 people with HIV/AIDS preparing for ART were enrolled in this study from May 2017 to August 2017. Sleep quality, anxiety and depression of subjects were measured using PSQI and HAD. Paired t-test was used to compare sleep quality between which was after ART for one month and baseline, ridge regression was used to confirm influencing factors. Results Sleep quality before ART, anxiety, depression, ART itself and related supports were confirmed as influencing factors. Conclusion Evaluation of sleeping quality, anxiety and depression is necessary for people with HIV/AIDS on ART initially, which helps find problems of sleeping and mental health. For whom with sleeping disorders, health education and psychological care are necessary to give, which contribute to mental health, sleep quality and thus would improve the quality of life.
