药都地区几种常见农药在蔬菜中的残留检测

Detection of Residues for some Common Pesticides on Vegetables in Drug Capital Area

运用酶抑制法测定蔬菜中的农药残留,进行多次重复,并通过空白对照进行校正。实验结果表明,在药都地区,农药残留由多到少依次是白菜、黄瓜、西红柿、卷心菜。

Applying the enzyme inhibition method,the paper determines the pesticide residues on vegetables,repeats some times. and corrects error by blank control. The experimental results show that in the drug capital area,the pesticides residues in proper order are Chinese cabbage,cucumber,tomato and cabbage.
